HOW IT WORKS

Every business that we have worked with is different, which is why our services are catered and flexible to ensure that they get the guidance they need to be successful. We don’t believe in a “one-size fits all” approach to advising.

If you have a current business plan that is too long and hard for your employees to follow, we will help to right size it to one page. Or, if you don’t have a business plan, we will help you create one. If your leadership team needs help improving a budget, we will help. If they need help focusing on the real issues of the business, our advising also has the tools that will help develop your employee’s soft-skills, such as our Stop/Start/Continue exercise.

In order to make sure that everyone is focusing on growing the business, we wanted to make sure that our strategies are as simple as possible. To make it easy to keep businesses on the same page, we created the Single-Page Plan.

THE SINGLE PAGE PLAN

The Single-Page Plan includes your vision, mission, Strategic Deployment Initiatives for each of the plan’s 5 pillars (Growth, Customer Delight, Innovation, Productivity and Great Place to Work [GPTW]). The last part of the plan are the targets, or the metrics and goals that are created to make the initiatives obtainable. Having this arrangement and view of the company allows employees to see all areas of the business in a way that is simple and easy to reference. The status of the targets, along with what we call, the Must Do/Can’t Miss items (used to keep your team on track to achieving the targets), are reviewed every month to keep your team accountable.
